EXTRACTION SYSTEM
The main virtue of this system is the guarantee of purity of the juice. The squeezers only touch the pulp of the fruit, producing juices free of acidity and contamination. Same principle of manual procedure, but with completely automated squeezers.

The Machine works as follows:
1) The automatic feeder introduces the fruit into the system;
2) The top squeezers and the kitchen knife cut the fruit in two;
3) Then kitchen knife sends both halves toward the lower squeezers;
4) Lower squeezers squeeze the pulp of the fruit, extracting the juice;
5) The guides send the peels to the trash can.

Ideal for oranges, tangerines, lemmons and grapefruits. Besides the quality of the juice and a 95% yield, the system is extremely appealing, prompting the client into buying the product. Juice never enters in contact with neither acidity nor any toxic materials. As such The Juice Machine can produce 100% natural juice free from acidity, with high speed and easiness.

AUTOMATIC WASH
This is an exclusive system of the Juice Machine and also one of its chief attributes. This system greatly facilitates the daily chores of the user. While other machines in the market have to be washed daily with special and solutions and require removal of parts, taking approximately one hour a day, The Juice Machine is washed on it´s own and automatically in hardly five minutes.

The automatic washing system works as follows:
For the JM 2000, press the button to start the washing cycle, which lasts for approximately two minutes. In this cycle, high pressure water jets do the washing, while the system rotates in both directions. Residues are skated to trash can. In no time, The Juice Machine is ready for a new day´s work.

For the JM 500 and the JM 3000 the water jet system is identical, but ignition of washing cycle is intermittent, that is to say, it works while button remains presssed. This is an exclusive system created especially for The Juice Machine. It facilitates and speeds the cleaning process, guaranteeing the complete hygiene and unbeatable quality of the final product.

LEVEL GUIDE
Reads the quantity of juice standing in the reservoir of the The Juice Machine. This system controls production of the machine according to the storage capacity of reservoir.

The guide works as follows:
After tunrning on the machine, the juice will be deposited inside the reservoir. When it reaches the maximum level of 05 liters, the machine wil stop automatically. As the amount of juice drops and reaches a minimum level of 01 liter, The Juice Machine will resume its normal operation. This system avoids oveflowing in the reservoir and eliminates the need to turn on and off the machine throughout the day. But the most important plus of this feature is that allows for the operator to take charge of other functions without having to watch over the machine or its operation.

AUTOMATIC FEEDING
The feeding of the fruits is automatically per formed in the The Juice Machine.

Some fruits are placed in the feeder, approximately 10Kg. These fruits are pushed by the revolving disk to the extracting system, one by one. This feeding procedure avoids fruits to be placed in an unitary way inside the machine.

SELF CLEANING FILTER
The The Juice Machine filters the juice before pouring it into the reservoir. The filter is made of stainless steel. Constantly cleaning through a worm and gearing discards towards trash can avoiding clogging.

SAFETY SYSTEM
The Juice Machine, besides being the most modern and practical machine available in the market, is also the safest. It has three safety devices:

Main Switch: This switch is located inside the machine and when in off position, all functions will be locked. Access to switch is through back door with key, disallowing for unathorized use.
Front window: If window is removed, The Juice Machine will stop, returning to normal operation once window is restored back in its place.
Back door: Displays same system as front window and also stops machine operation when opened.

ELECTRONIC FUNCTION CONTROL
The function and operation controls of the machine are located in the Electronic Box, in the back of the machine, containing the main switch. Besides eliminating a series of cables and electric connections, the electronic box possesses high technology and is safer and easier to exchange in case of need.

REVERSION SYSTEM OF ENGINE
The The Juice Machine features a reverse function of the motor. This function should be used in case any strange objects should enter the extracting system. When turning on the reversion system, it will work counterclock to its normal operation, enabling withdrawal of alien object.
